sigh, im doing strongest suit after all.

Anwwww, it's 30th Nov!
Which equals to Partner, better known as Eileen Yeo Gek Hui, turning 15!
Happy birthday partner :)

The story behind the term partner?
pretty simple actually, ever since grade 5, we've been partners.
Except for.. i forgot, either gr 6 or gr 7. but we were still in the same group!
Then our graduating grade, Gr8, we're partners again :)
She's been the best partner i could ever ask for!
As in, ballet partner, not -ahem- life partner duh.

Sad, we can't spend your 15th with you this year partner.
last year was fun right!

went to the beach to spend partner's 14th with her (and advertising Ruffles, Pokka green tea and soft toys caught from the machine)

but no alisha doesn't get to snore.

Rawr. I wanted to carry on sleeping but i was afraid. Afraid of what? No no no not the thunder, afraid of over-sleeping. Ms Lee told me to go for reh today, again...
So yes, for the first time in idk hw many months, alisha wore leotard & tights.

But... no she didn't get to dance yesterday. They were doing Waltz of the Flowers [damn nice to watch.. esp if you know the dancers personally ;) ]
I think getting to watch your friends dance = awesome,
esp when you know all of them. and you used to dance with them.

Hey even if i don't get to perform, i'll run backstage! Which is fun, tiring, but rewarding &enjoyable ;)

I don't wanna do Strongest Suit because:
1. Ms Lee said find a way to put my mohawk down.. and i'm like Noooo way don't put it down! I'll look like a mushroom. No seriously. Damn ugly. Hahaha. If you're like Abigail who wants me to take a picture of my mushroom head, No way :P
2. Most of them would be in black dresses.. If ALL of them must wear dresses, then alisha.. dress???? Noooo. Esp not when i'm visible to the audience, with a mushroom head. Hahaha.

So there. If i'm not gonna be Uncle Drosselmeyer then i'm gonna be Ms Lee's pet Skunk running backstage.
Oh yes, Ms Lee calls me her pet skunk now :( yes, because of my mohawk :P
and aunty liming calls it ugly :(
nvm at least people of our age can appreciate!
oh yeah this random blonde dude(in his 30s?) smiled at me and said "Nice hair!" last night after rehearsal. Yay i happy. I said thank you, k so i got manners ;)

OK just managed to be less lazy and transferred pics from Greenie to comp.

alisha just returned from TP's AMS Open House!
TP = Temasek Polytechnic.
AMS = Aviation Management & Services

Remember Shah, another PL of mine?
Yes, he's not as hopeless as he seems to be (lol)
He stepped up as PRESIDENT of AMS.
so obviously he was there during today's open house :)

the girl is the organiser of today's open hse! i can't spell her name so im not gonna try.

and in the lil folder they provided for us,
there was this little aeroplane bookmark thingo.

and you look up, and you see this guy.

how can you not help but find the resemblance in these two?

hmmm.. before meeting Shah for registration,
i saw a couple of people!
called melchan.
she called tree.
& i saw fabian!
hmmm i saw a lot of familiar faces too. mr potato head a.k.a Hoodie Blue's PL looks so much younger when i saw him today with his friends. he looks older during TPRAWKS!!

kk so.. yes, open house.
we headed to play Airline Tycoon! it's quite fun ah the game.
won some keychain torch thing for answering the 1st question cuz nobody wanted to answer :O

after that, we headed to.. what's that?
oh yeah,

SKYHAWK!
not just the normal SkyHawk..
IT IS SUPER SKYHAWK.
why? because many parts were dismantled and replaced with new better parts.

right now it's like for show at TP. not in use, yeah?

i remember that time, during TPRAWKS, i always walk past this plane thinking
"damn i can't get near it.. the gate is closed"

today, AMS allowed alisha to get real close to the SUPER SKYHAWK :]

look, it's even branded with TP's Engineering School's Logo.

so after super skyhawking, we went to the engine room to learn more about plane parts.
the wind turbine thingo was so strong. blows cold airrrr.
then we got to fly a stimulator plane!

after all that, we got back to the Lecture Theatre..
short debriefing and feedback time.
got to see pictures snapped during the few hours there..
woah pro natasha got a thumbdrive, so she's got the pics now too!
she'll have to share the pics soon.

just got home from hell mad class chalet yesterday
stupid, it was held at aloha CHANGI
and SOMEBODY told me it was aloha LOYANG
then i happily took 21 all the way to pasir ris
called her,
THEN SHE COME AND TELL ME WRONG PLACE WRONG PLACE
nice one, i-will-not-mention-your-name-LISA.

okay so anw she offered to pay for the cab fare from downtown to changi.

in the end the taxi driver dropped me off at the entrance of the chalet
but not our bungalow chalet
(a.k.a bang-a-low?)
so i asked the security guard dude for directions
and i had to walk 3 bus stops all the way to Cranwell 1?
[lisa &daughter walked out to pick me up so yes i feel honoured thx. BUT LISA YOU'RE NOT FORGIVEN AH WHY DOWAN PLAN AT LOYANG.]

kk so we started with food bbq stuff
mdm shahera, mr shahera (ok not mr shahera, i forgot his name..)
and ms seah went :)
and of course many 4J-ianz.

waterbombed angie a LOT.

played some dumb card King game.
lucky i wasn't made to do anyth serious...
omg you should've seen what Ryan had with the 3 girls...
so anw, what happens there remains there and thats itz.

then things got a bit.. awkward.
anyway, we played a bit of chucky chucky and Go Back Jump.

just got back not long ago from sentosa outing,
groovy orange gathering :)
not many turned up but, ah well better than nuthinn.

oh even some PLs made the effort to come with us for the gathering!
yingen,huiya were the first 2 PLs
then kev, followed by reuben (and his bday girl sis) arrived at sentosa.
shah joined us at vivo for dinner :) :) :) :)
then brandon (the PL) came too!
and brandon the CL, prez of TPSU (Students Union), arrived!
hahaha yes yes a lot of ppl eye candy him ;)

yes, as i said earlier today, im gonna blog about...
"yup today we had sentosa outing. caught sheena oogling at guys again.
but this time, i caught blue michelle oogling too. the super tanned michelle."

hahaha. so there you have it.

i realised today that my feet aren't sand-friendly.
haha wth, it's like damn pain when i walk on sand.
idk why lah maybe today my feet skin weak or what.

So i was actually just joking but i guess my tone wasn't able to differ much
[my voice alr gone-case by the end on tprawks rmbr..? tonight, after cheer war between REDtribes, my voice went even worse]
i said sth like "Wahlao! That side Vikings, this side Centurions. THEN WE SIT WHERE, ON TOP AH?!"
I wanted to laugh ok then the dumdum SL said "Ok fine if you wanna sit there go ahead"
Then smart me didn't even apologise to her cuz i dont think she deserves it
so i just ignored her and kept walking hahahaha im such an ass.

ANW. PLs at TPRAWKS!! won't say that kinda things.
Besides, TPRAWKS!! is actually very organised with space area and all that.
(Maybe cuz redcamp more ppl so harder to organise them?)

REDCAMP IS GOOD.

BUT TPRAWKS IS AWESOME.

i'm really sad.
that's to say how much i enjoyed myself throughout these 3 days @ temasek polytechnic,
a camp named TPRAWKS!! (and they lived up to such a name indeed.)

so this morning, idk why but amandatay & i went to np to be registered for REDcamp.
in the end we left even before lunch just so we can get to tp that bit earlier.
the journey from west to east polytechnics took a while.

when we arrived,
we had games!
miraculously, a lil' bit of my voice came back when i arrived at tp.
[i was unable to cheer loud (enough) @ ngeeann poly (np) due to the bad throat caused by 2 full days of SCREAMING AND CHEERING AT TP!!]

it's like i'm made to have fun and scream my lungs out only at TPRAWKS!! :D

so then after games,
we proceeded back into the convention hall for SINGAPORE OK and DON'T FORGET THE LYRICS!! Yes, Darren Tan & Gurmit Singh were there ;)
Presley went up! Along with others too but,
during his turn,
they had to DANCE! Hahahaha.
then people pushed &prompted me to go up dance with him so i did :)
before i jumped back down, i shook mr singh's hand :)

OMG MELCHAN & TREESAA TEO CAME ALL THE WAY TO TCC TO SEE MEEE!!
freaking happy!
they came before Don't Forget The Lyrics,
so i ran out to jump hug talk loudly laugh with them.
been long!

ate dinner, went mad a lil,
caught up some time to talk to LJ a.k.a PL LiJuan cuz i didn't really talk to her much lah
she wasn't in charge of my group..
(anyhow, i still managed to speak with random PLs i see around. Like i said, PLs and CLs and Manager rawk!)
scream shouted and put my throat at more risk,
but whatever, i enjoyed myself screaming for GROOOOVY ORANGE!

by the Jam&Hop time,
my throat was half gone.
and i cheered even more for the rock bands and TP's very own Dance Ensemble aka TPDE.
that's it.
by Mass Dance,
i was coughing the hard cough.
the kind of cough that i had after i got home from Day 2 camp,
the kind of cough that made you lose your voice.
yes.
soooo, i couldn't scream anymore.
my voice is still rather husky at the moment,
and i'm beginning to lose the ability to speak.

BUT YOU KNOW WHAT?
TPRAWKS IS SO AWESOME,
THAT I DON'T CARE WHETHER I LOSE MY VOICE ( or not ),
BECAUSE TP MAKES YOU FEEL THAT ALL THE CHEERS, ALL THE DANCING, ALL THE RAWKING, ALL THE TIRING ACTIVITES, EVERYTHING AT ALL IS WORTHWHILE.
WHY?
BECAUSE -quotes- WE LOVE YOU!!!

Yes so that's how awesome TPRAWKS!! has been for me.
I don't know about you, but if you've got the chance,

Day 2~~~~~

okay! just came back from tp not long ago.
Day 2 @ tp..

we had our early Good Morning Rawkers at TCC again
i love the PLs, they greet you with such enthusiasm! :D

ouch i just suffered from an extremely sudden burst of coughing.
the super hard kind of coughing.
my throat hurts.
must be from all the shouting screaming and cheering
BUT I DON'T MIND
BECAUSE TPRAWKS!!
WHOOOOOO!!!!
Haiqal and Izzat joined us for Day 2 :)

ok so basically, we toured Business School today..
(sorry mel, didn't get to visit iLaw)
I like Fion, another PL! She's cool and she goes to oschool and she's in TPDE!
dunno why she say her friends call her cui. She's not!
oh, cui means sth like lousy btw.

we had our Hiphop Dance session with TPDE tooo
syaza awesome (Y)
had anotherrrr dance compt.
i thought it was compt for doing the choreography they taught us
in the end do solos each.
syaiful was sexy, again.
haha he says its slutshow but no lah it's sexy! :D
then dunno why we tie,
so we had to "battle" it out with the routine we learnt.
i happily forgot a lot of steps.
anw, CONGRATS TO SYAIFUL!

then after that we had DRAGONBOATING!
just at bedok res., a stone's throw away from tp
dragonboating funzz, but need a lot of teamwork coordination.
the dragonboaters freaking built and tanned o_o
hahaha sheena happily oogling at the dude wearing shades ;)

then the other PL, the one in charge of hoodie blue
i dunno his name but he's damn cool
and he's a funny guy :)
did the camp stuff like macho clap, guniang clap
and woah, he cracks us up whatever he does.
potato head.
even with his "serious" face :P

after dragon boating, we walked and had APL
played teamwork building games like walk the plank together thingo
and massive jump rope
quite fun aye :)

walked walked walked a lot back to sports complex for
MASS DANCE!
tp mass dance is awesome ^___^
then usual chicken dance again hahaha
&we formed a big big big circle,
&leaders sang the tpschool song!
temasek's me, temasek's yoo, we are the sameeee~

woah today's screaming was O_O
ORANGE, JI HIGH AH!!! (because our so awesome PL can't pronounce it as he claims :P)
now, my throat hurts,
my voice husky.
don't know if i can scream and cheer for REDcamp!

oh yeah, problem here..
WHY REDCAMP 1ST DAY AND TPRAWKS LAST DAY CLASH HUH?!

TP RAWKSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!

-it's gonna be a long post, but actually a summary of what happened at Day1 of TpRawks-

soooo hell yeah we had a lot of fun today~
[except for the uh.. weird lecture part]
we had registration @ TCC [the convention centre],

omg i tell you, the BLUES were damn hyper at the registration counter!!
i was asking amanda why we weren't in blue.

im in groovy ORANGE!!

[there's a total of 6 sub-groups for orange, i think]

yeah back to the hyper BLUES story.
the PLs of HOODIE BLUE are FREAKING HYPER!

we (THE WHOLE ORANGE TEAM. DAMN A LOT OF PEOPLE)
even got arranged into one long long LONG snake,
in according to birth dates! so jan 1st in front,
31st dec right at the end.
woah it got so hot ok.

met new friends, a lot. mainly from the same group.

ya OMG TODAY is the FIRST TIME I got to meet AMANDA LEE from SINGAPORE SPORTS SCHOOL! or rather, she just graduated.. okay so nvm.
Amanda, the one that tagged me board. and that's how we started talking but never met each other. so AMANDA, YOU'RE COOL. hahahaha xD

ok just lemme note down names so my memory will be clearer k.
there's adeline, simonne, michellessss (blue and pink),
the 2 xinyi/sinyi (aiyah i forgot how to spell correctly. i know sinyee/sinyi is BLING BLING cuz of her specs),
farah & evelyn, and aiya so many other names i can't rmbr.
i know there's a tkgs girl Nurul sth? nvm i'll learn/memorise more names tmr :)

oh yah melchan came to "visit" me although she could only see me from afar,
and vice versa.
hahaha ok lah thanks mel for coming :)
i know you made a vvvv long way to walk the big school compound
and you went around and around because you didn't know where my team was at :P
anw, she left to bring her friend to the docs' so yah couldn't go meet her.
btw, i still did my mohawk on Day 1 w/o listening to melchan.
lol, will cover my hawk tmr with new era!

hmmmmm then we had lunchy lunch!
walked all the way to... idk what's the place called.
it's like the middle of all the schools.
one big open-air area.
damn awesome.
got big curved shelter, so even though it started drizzling, we were safe and dry :)
had McChicken & soggy apple pie for lunch.
the mc was good. but the apple pie. fail.
complain to macs. hahaha k kidding.

after lunch, we proceeded to our Xperience which was Applied Science(ASc) for Day 1.
we studied starch... different starches and uh, the freeze-thaw effect,
syneresis of starch
[which means the starch releases water and becomes spongey like pudding]
ok, not like you care but im just showing off the little knowledge that i have hahahaha.
jokes.
okay soo then after starch-ing,
[wlau cheat my feelings i thought we were gonna make ice cream :( ]
we went for micro-idk-what-its-called-so-dont-ask-me thingo.
uhhh, assembled the organ parts in a human torso,
and made anti-acne cream (using zinc oxide, sulphur, some brown thing and ointment)
quotes lecturer : "it is prescribed but it hasn't been tested ;)"
anybody dare to try? hahaha.
then we walked to LT for a short lecture and video abt ASc courses.

kk then we walked walked walked down another "chamber of secrets" to the Sports Complex!
huggeeeee i say.

HAD TP MASSS DANCEEE!!
zomg it's true, it's the funnestt compared to all the lessons and lecturez.
hahahaa
yayyy i like.
oh we did chicken dance tooo :P
a lot a lot.
got slow, got normal, got fast, got damn !&*#^&@*# fast speeds.

then during some technical fault or what,
we were just standing there without the Mass Dance song,
then some other song was playing,
so my body just started moving to the beat.
shah & ppl behind (i think) saw,
zzzz then he commented "Woah i saw all of that! You dance is it?"
then i was like yah uh huh,
THEN FREAKING SMART SHAH WENT TO SHOUT TO THE LEADER OF PLs (Brandon) on stage
"EYYY WE GOT A DANCER HERE!!"
then everyone got freaking high (which is why i love groovy ORANGE so much :D )
and screaming shouting all.
then Brandon (btw he's leader of grooovy orangee tooo) invited me up stage.
woah then guess what,
WE HAD AN IMPROMPTU DANCE COMPETITION.
afro green sent the only guy up (who was rather shy at first but when he started dancing, woah damn sexy, like bobby newberry to be or sth hahaha. my point is, he dances the sexy way like Newberry)
then 3 other girls from Glamish Purple, Punk Red and Hoodie Blue.

ok so we had our solos each, i went last~
they were all damn sexy dancers like krump here shake there kind
so i figured i needa do sth different
so guess what,
ya, i did do a bit of break,
then LOL i burst into foette turns.
instinct told me to. idk why,
but apparently they (should be ppl from my group) liked it cuz i started hearing damn loud cheers hahahha
wheeee, im glad i brought some honour to my groovy ORANGErs :D

and yes i got a bit (a lot) attention from fellow Rawkers and PLs~

ok thenn we had live band perform for us.
the electric guitarist looked like justin kang, mr kang's son!
right, daughter?!
right!

then ONE MORE TIME OF MASSDANCE! with the band singing the Mass Dance song this time~
